Venue and Timings

This will be an all-day event on Saturday 8th September. It will take place at The Cryfield Sports Pitches on the University Campus, a 10 minute walk from the HASSRA reception.

Event Format and Rules

Each region will be invited to enter one team of eight players, including two substitutes.
Regions will be organised into two groups, with matches played on a round-robin basis. If less than six teams enter, there will only be one group. However, the competition will still be on a round-robin basis.
No more than six players from each team are allowed on the pitch at any one time. There must be a minimum of three female players and one male player from each team on the pitch at all times.

A full set of rules and an order of play will be issued to all competitors prior to the event.

Kit and Equipment

Competitors will be provided with their regional kit. The pitches are outside on grass and studs are therefore recommended. Games will be played under the Federation of International Touch (FIT) rules and refereed by FIT officials.
There are changing facilities, including showers and lockers. There is also a suitable area for spectators.

Lunch will be provided and refreshments will be available to purchase.
