Buddy Draw - Rules & Conditions

1. The HASSRA Buddy Draw Competition is open to new HASSRA members who join the Association between 1st February 2024 and 31st May 2024.
2. Only online membership applications will be deemed eligible for the draw.
3. Only one entry shall be accepted per new member.
4. Existing HASSRA members will be entered into the draw by the new member entering the existing HASSRA member’s details on the application form.
5. There is no limit to the number of new members an existing member can recruit.
6. The closing date for receipt of all entries shall be midnight on 31st May 2024.
7. There are 200 prizes of £50 each, comprising 100 prizes for new members and an identical prize for the member who recruited them.
8. The winning new members shall be the persons whose details are selected first from a random draw conducted after the closing date.  
9. If a winning new member’s application form is not endorsed with the details of the existing member, an existing member's prize will not be awarded.
10. If one of the prizes cannot be awarded due to the eligibility of either the new or existing member, the prize shall pass to the next new member selected from the random draw.
11. Winners' notifications will be sent to the email address held on their HASSRA Live account.
12. Cash prizes will be made via BACS transfer.
13. Upon notification of their prize, the winners shall confirm acceptance within 14 days and provide bank details. Failure to comply with this requirement may lead to the prize being reallocated.
14. Results of the competition shall be published on the HASSRA website once they have been ratified.
15. HASSRA staff are ineligible to take part in this competition.
