Join us for two nights' bed and breakfast at the Holiday Inn near Kensington High Street, departing Saturday 9th November and returning Monday 11th November. Don't be put off by it being a Holiday Inn, this is a 4 star hotel with pool, gym and spa, situated just a few minutes' walk from the tube station and ideal for a spot of Christmas shopping in Kensington High Street or a stroll through Kensington Gardens (approx. 10 mins walk away.) The gym and pool are available for all residents at no extra charge but spa treatments are extra and are not part of this deal.
The cost of this trip is £279 per non-member and £229 per HASSRA Wales Member. **A deposit of £50.00 per person is due by 5pm on Friday 19th April.** We understand this is a short timescale but this is out of our hands following a change by the tour operator providing the package. Please contact the organiser if you wish to discuss this further.
There will be coach pick-ups from various points in North and South/West Wales over the same dates . These will include the regular pick-up points of Bangor Service Centre, Rhyl Railway Station and Wrexham General Station for North Wales and Pembroke Dock Service Centre, Swansea Pension Centre, Sarn Services, Cardiff Central Station Car Park and the Holiday Inn, Newport for South/West Wales. ***PLEASE NOTE the dates of the trip were the only dates on offer with room availability but we are aware that this clashes with the performance of Wicked in Cardiff on 10/11/24. If you were successful in the ticket ballot but no longer wish to purchase your tickets in favour of attending this trip, please let Helen Boyce know ASAP. We are also aware that the trip falls on Remembrance weekend but have been advised that any disruption to travel/public transport will be minimal, should there be any at all. If you plan on seeing a show or sign up for a tour, please do not book anything for Saturday afternoon to allow for travel time and avoid disappointment.

Bookings will be taken on a "first come, first served" basis.
The minimum age for guests is 12 years old.
Bookings can only be made for groups of even numbers. There are no single/triple/family rooms available on this offer.
The cost per each non-member traveling is £279 and the cost per each HASSRA Wales member is £229. Example -for a member bringing a non-member partner the trip will cost £508.00
If there is more than one member in your party, only one of you is required to make the booking on the group's behalf.
It is possible to purchase places on the trip as a gift, with the member making the booking on their behalf acting as the initial point of contact. Please note that those aged between 12 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult and will be charged in line with the cost listed above.
The deposit of £50 will become non-refundable from 27/04/24 but -IF replacement bookings are received and payment made - HASSRA wales may be able to refund members (in order of cancellation.)
The remaining balance due date is TBC but, based on previous trips, we estimate would be due around August. Payment of the remaining balance would be non-refundable after the payment due date but, as with the deposit, we would consider refunds - in the order of cancellation - should replacement bookings be received.
