Involved in running a HASSRA Club or activity? Make sure you know where you stand in terms of insurance cover. National HASSRA provides third party public liability through CSSC for events organised by HASSRA affiliated clubs and associations. Personal accident cover is not provided, so members participating in any HASSRA event should always consider their own personal insurance requirements.

When organising events, volunteers should consider using recognised/­­purpose built venues which carry their own insurance. By using such a venue you effectively impart any personal risk on to the venue.
