Submit a Chair's Certificate

As soon as possible after the AGM, the Chair (or Deputy Chair) should submit a Chair's Certificate to provide updated details of the club's officials. 

During the year, the Chair (or Deputy Chair) should submit a Chair's Certificate each time there are any changes to the committee. E.g. Change of Treasurer.
