Local Club Event Subsidy Scheme

Alongside our ongoing offer of £5.00 per member towards any club organised Tenpin night, we are offering clubs £5.00 per member towards any organised event arranged through their local HASSRA Club (max of  two claims per member per year).

Examples of events included are arts & craft evenings, cookery workshops, crazy golf, chocolate workshops, cocktail making, escape rooms, karaoke, flight clubs - the list is endless so if you have an idea, why not suggest it to your club committee?

If you are planning an event and are unsure if this offer applies, email us to check in advance of organising if your event qualifies.

Remember there's no limit to the number of members doing any planned event, so big or small just get them organised!      

To take advantage of this scheme, just drop an email listing where and when the event was held and the names of the members attending to HASSRA South East who will then arrange for a payment to be made to the appropriate HASSRA Club account.

Please remember - you should use your club funds as much as possible before submitting any request for additional funding.
