Coarse Fishing Events 2025

Regional Coarse Angling 2025.

Entries are now invited from HASSRA East of England members for this year’s coarse angling events. Entries are limited to 15 anglers per event so please get your entry in early to avoid disappointment.

Friday 30 May 2025 – Billingford Lakes, Norfolk. We will be fishing the Basil Todd match lake Link to website: Fishing | Billingford Lakes

Friday 27 June 2025 – Rookery Waters, Cambridgeshire. We will be fishing Crow Lake. Link to website: Our Lakes | Rookery Waters

Draw 9.00am, fishing 10.30am to 4pm.

Friday 18 July 2025 - Decoy Lakes, Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire. We will be fishing Horseshoe Lake. Link to website: Decoy Lakes - Acclaimed as one of the UK's leading coarse fisheries

Travel expenses can be claimed and all pegging fees have been paid/can be re-claimed. We usually run a small prize pool of £5.00 per competitor for each match. Subject to line management approval competitors can also apply for Special Leave.      

The competition will be decided on points, with the best three results from the four matches counted. The top 3 anglers will represent HASSRA East of England at the 2026 HASSRA National Coarse Angling event.
