• The Treasurer should contact both auditors to arrange a suitable date(s) to undertake the audit, bearing in mind that the year-end audit should be completed by 14th February at the latest. [Note - The AGM should be held by 28th February and the audited financial statement should be issued 14 days in advance of the AGM.]
