Butlins 90s Reloaded Big Weekender

As all members should know, this year is the 90th birthday of HASSRA 🎂

And HASSRA East of England wants to celebrate this milestone birthday with its members.

Does anyone fancy a weekend at Butlins for a 90’s Reloaded Big Weekender 7th – 10th November? Yes, you say…keep reading.

HASSRA East of England will subsidise £50 per member towards the cost of your room. Each member will also receive £10 each towards travel (up to equivalent costs of 0.30p per journey. If the subsidy exceeds the cost, you will receive up to the cost of the journey.) Please try to car share where you can.

Book your room through HASSRA Live & you will receive £30 off each booking. Butlin's

Once you have booked your room, send the receipt, along with the names of everyone in the room & the HASSRA membership number of each member in your party to HASSRA.EASTOFENGLAND@DWP.GOV.UK . Please provide your bank account details to enable us to make the payment. We will then reimburse the £50 per member to the main booker.

When we receive confirmation of your booking, we will send you a form to claim your travel subsidy. You can only submit this form after the event has taken place.

Terms & Conditions:

• You are responsible for booking Butlins & the full payment.
• Subsidies will only be paid for members attending the weekend.
• HASSRA East of England will not be responsible for any queries related to your booking.
• HASSRA East of England will not reimburse costs if you cannot attend.
• Subsidy only applicable to current members.
• Subsidy only applies to the Big Weekender event on 7th-10th November 2025.
• Offer open to the first 100 members.
