September Festival
HASSRA SEPTEMBER FESTIVAL 2024
The next National HASSRA Festival will be held over the weekend of Saturday 7th September 2024 at Warwick University.
HASSRA London are looking for HASSRA members to represent us in the following events:
CHESS – Participants already selected from the Regional Qualifier.
CRAFT – Card Making – 2 Participants required.
DARTS – Participants already selected from the Regional Qualifier.
FITNESS WORKSHOP – 2 Participants required.
FLAT GREEN BOWLS – 4 Participants required (2 Males and 2 Females)
GOLF – Female – 1 Participant required for the Team (must play golf, have a handicap and equipment. The format of the event will be an 18-hole Stroke Play competition).
GOLF – Men’s – Participants already selected from the Regional Qualifier.
NETBALL – Females – 10 Participants required (if there are not enough players for a full team, you will be joined up with another Region attending).
POOL – Female – 1 Participant required.
POOL – Male – Participant already selected from the Regional Qualifier.
SNOOKER – Participant already selected from the Regional Qualifier.
TABLE TENNIS – 2 Males and 2 Females required.
TENPIN BOWLING – 2 Males and 2 Females required.
WALKING FOOTBALL – 4 Males and 4 Females required.
Feel free to nominate yourself for more than one event in case we are oversubscribed for your first choice.
All members applying under the Expression of Interest must complete their own application form, (Microsoft Form).

For those who have not attended a Festival before, HASSRA provide accommodation and meals from Friday night to Sunday morning, HASSRA London does not arrange transport for our attendees, but bus/train fares or mileage can be claimed after the event.
Closing date for expression of interest within the Region to represent HASSRA London is Friday 19 July 2024 by 5.00pm. Any forms received after this date will be placed onto a reserve list and will be contacted if a place becomes available.
