Walking boots are essential for this walk

The start of the walk will be around a mile on the road which will take you to a style that will being the ascent to Derwent Edge.
Some bits are quite steep so take you time and stop for your breath as many times as you need to (I know I will)
Once at the top you will be greeted with a beautiful view of Derwent Reservoir.
The walk will then take you along Derwent edge through some wonderful rock formations where we will break for lunch.
Once re fuelled we will head down to the main road where we will walk for around half a mile before walking through the woods alongside Strines reservoir.
We will then start another ascent to Boots Folly.  This is quite steep and can be very muddy depending on what the weather has been like.
Once at Boots Folly we can have another break while admiring the view of Strines reservoir
After this we are on the last leg. This will take us the ground of Sugworth Hall and back to the style we climbed over at the start.
Just one more mile(ish) on the road back to Strines Inn
