NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, COME ALONG & HAVE A GO!
This is a fun event for our members to enjoy, not a competition.
A mixed team of 5 men/6 women will be selected from this event to represent HASSRA West Midlands at the July Festival (if selected, it is not compulsory to be in the team, just advise the event organiser Jo).
Free parking
We will be on the outside field to the left end of the car park (if you’re facing the sport centre with the main road behind you). There is a metal gate at the end of the building which will be unlocked.
There are toilets, showers & vending machines inside the centre.
Bottled water & light snacks will be provided. You may bring your own too if you wish.
Please wear comfortable sport clothes eg joggers/shorts etc. trainers/football boots/studs (no cricket spikes allowed) bring a cap or sunglasses if sunny so you can see balls in the air!
Travel expenses to/from the event will be reimbursed as per HASSRA West Midlands Finance Policy.

Expenses:
HASSRA West Midlands will reimburse members reasonable travel expenses for this event.
Expenses must be submitted on HASSRA Live within one calendar month of the event. Expenses submitted after this date will not be approved.
Where necessary all receipts must be provided. Claims without proof of purchase will be rejected.
Please ensure your claim is in accordance with the HASSRA West Midlands Regional Finance Policy.
