The annual HASSRA Scotland Pool competition will take place from 10am on Friday 25th April 2025 in The Players Lounge, 18-20 Grahams Road, Falkirk, FK1 1HS. The format is the same as previous years with Ladies singles, Men’s singles and a 3-person Team event.

The competition follows Blackball rules so please familiarise yourself with these prior to the event although the organisers will be on hand for advice and clarification if required.

The event is open to all HASSRA Scotland members and all standards are welcome.

For the Team event, please advise the rest of your team below - please ensure that your team members also register on HASSRA Live.

This is a qualifying event for the National HASSRA Finals for the September 2025 Festival at Warwick University. The winning singles players will be invited to represent HASSRA Scotland at these finals.

A buffet is provided on the day. If a competitor has any special requirements – access, dietary etc – please include details below.

HASSRA Scotland does not restrict the number of competitors from a single location however, each office can only enter one team into the event.

Max £60 B&B allowed for overnight accommodation (ensure free cancellation when booking)
Buffet provided so lunch or an overnight meal cannot be claimed
Travel to and from Falkirk allowed (Mileage: 30p for attendees, 10p for any number of passengers)
Please ensure all expense claims are fully receipted
