Event details:
• HASSRA West Midlands 8 Ball English Pool - played using the same pool rules as used at the nationals.
• This is the West Midlands regional qualifier for the 2025 HASSRA Festival.
• This is a mixed event, however, if enough female members enter and would like their own competition that can be arranged.
• The event is limited to a maximum number of 32 participants. A reserve list will be held for numbers above this.
• Doors open at 9:00am for practice and to get settled, with a prompt 10:00am start time.
• A buffet lunch will be provided, if you have any specific dietary requirements, please let the organiser know in advance so that the venue can be informed.

Expenses:
• HASSRA West Midlands will reimburse members reasonable travel expenses for this event.
• Expenses must be submitted on HASSRA Live within one calendar month of the event. Expenses submitted after this date will not be approved.
• Where necessary all receipts must be provided. Claims without proof of purchase will be rejected.
• Please ensure your claim is in accordance with the HASSRA West Midlands Regional Finance Policy.
