• Time: Starting at 12:00pm and finishing at 16:00.

Event Details:
• The event takes place in a reasonably sized sports hall located above a Community Centre in the heart of Evesham. 6-8 tables are available to host the event so we expect to be finished by 16:00pm. You need to bring your own Table Tennis bat and appropriate footwear. Table Tennis balls and water bottles will be provided on the day.
• The event is open to member of all abilities - come along and have a go!
• Free event, for HASSRA West Midlands members only.
• Entries are invited for:
o Men’s Singles
o Men’s Doubles
o Ladies Singles
o Ladies Doubles
o Mixed Doubles
• The winners of each category will be determined by a knockout competition format.
• A team of 2 male and 2 female competitors will be selected to represent HASSRA West Midlands at the HASSRA Festival (5–7 September 2025) at The University of Warwick, Coventry. Meals, travel and accommodation are included at the HASSRA Festival.
• HASSRA will meet travel costs incurred to/from this event - please car share where possible. There is a long stay car park just behind the sports hall on Chapel Street. Current charges are £4.00 for 10 hours. Evesham train station is just a five-minute walk from the town centre/Wallace House

Expenses:
• HASSRA West Midlands will reimburse members reasonable travel expenses for this event.
• Expenses must be submitted on HASSRA Live within one calendar month of the event. Expenses submitted after this date will not be approved.
• Where necessary all receipts must be provided. Claims without proof of purchase will be rejected.
• Please ensure your claim is in accordance with the HASSRA West Midlands Regional Finance Policy.
