Venue and Timings

This will be an all-day event on Saturday 5th July.

It will take place in The Sports and Wellbeing Hub on the University Campus.

The event will consist of rowing, cycling and running.

Event Format and Rules

Each region will be invited to select a maximum of one male and one female to take part in this competition.

Kit and Equipment

Participants should wear comfortable clothing appropriate to the activities involved. Only trainers are permitted.

Lunch will be provided and refreshments will be available to purchase.
