Venue and Timings

This will be an all-day event on Saturday 5th July.
The venue is off the University Campus and full details will be provided as well as transport to and from the venue

Event Format and Rules

Each region will be invited to select a maximum of two competitors to take part (male or female)
All competitors to take part in both of the following –
o Outdoor Swimming (introduction or skills session – depending on experience)
o Paddle Boarding

Further event rules and details on the format will be made available to all competitors prior to the event.

Kit and Equipment

H&S briefing, and water sports wetsuit, will be provided.

Lunch will be provided and refreshments will be available to purchase.

Although some prior experience is recommended, it is not essential in order to take part in this event.
